A small property management company owned by Catherine April Stewart of Walter’s Falls,operates from a cubicle style office out of the corridor between the two buildings at 117 Bayfield Street, owned by Wendy Kara of Sophia Development Corporation, Barrie Ontario Canada.

Landlord Legal property management is owned by, Catherine Stewart, a paralegal licensed with the Law Society of Upper Canada. This paralegal has been known to file vexatious lawsuits against tenants to delay complaints filed against her legal firm from 2013.

Everyone should take the one year CTI college course to receive a paralegal certificate and become a member of the Law Society of Canada !!

This new TENANT only rights advocate plans on doing just that. The paralegal certificate will give you the right to abuse the system and hide behind your new paralegal status as demonstrated by C A Stewart of Landlord legal.

Privacy Violators website highly recommends you getting a paralegal license the easy way, until the Law Society of Canada sees the errors in their ways in allowing the abuse of process being done by these property managers !!.

Catherine Stewart, did order without proper paperwork or authorization, illegal entry by Paul Robertson and Cody Robertson of Central Lock and key, also of Barrie,while Barrie police stood by and witnessed the entry and did nothing.

April Stewart, the name the paralegal uses for operating her small property management company  is known to sign  UNDERTAKINGS for her clients and then make the tenant waste their time and money as well as deliberately waste court time to retrieve the court order she agrees and signed.

Paralegal C A Stewart has openly threatened criminal charges on her LANDLORD LEGAL WEBSITE ( HERE ) against the Human Rights applicant. Catherine Stewart, her ex OPP boyfriend and her landlord clients, Dykstra Bros Electric have had Human Rights allegations against them since 2013.

Landlord legal owner, C A Stewart has delayed Upper law Society Complaints and Human Rights allegations concerning a tenants right to grow his Medical Marihuana  through the Health Canada Medical Marihuana Access Program from 2013.

April Stewart is known to own a small property management company in Barrie Ontario.

Catherine April Stewart is a licensed paralegal who offers services for Landlords only, disguised as a property manager, but in reality is a paralegal who knowingly robs ANY TENANT she encounters of their RIGHTS !!

As a property manager Catherine Stewart owes rights to the tenants she manages for her landlord clients.

As a paralegal working for the landlord she gathers all the information she needs and offers NO RIGHTS to the tenant. The Law Society of Upper Canada needs to investigate the illegal entry and conduct unbecoming a paralegal claims that were brought against her in 2013 when she filed unsubstantiated civil matters on October 22nd 2013 and still pending in Barrie courts today.

The story featured the self proclaimed Landlord only rights advocate in a story entitled “Expert warning: Choosing right tenant is “like a marriage,’ getting out “just as difficult”

Privacy Violators would like to point out there are two sides to the story when it comes to Catherine April Stewart and Landlord legal of 117 Bayfield Street, Barrie, Ontario.

The story that aired on August 27th 2015 on CTV popular news show did not mention the Human Rights allegations that were brought against this individual, her Dykstra Bros Electric clients and her legal firm.

The story does not mention any references to the tactics taught by April Stewart’s seminars she teaches to the landlords, real estate agents and investors to evict the tenant at any cost.
Catherine April Stewart has filed vexatious civil claims against her clients ex tenant who had filed Human Rights allegations against Catheriine Stewart, her landlord clients and her ex OPP boyfriend Paul T Smith.

The CTV news did not get all the facts regarding this person or the rights she violates to be the publicly known Landlord Rights advocate self proclaimed the “terminator”

The Human Rights allegations will proceed on April 21st and April 29th 2016 against theses individuals and the results and evidence will be posted here.

Ralph Dykstra of Dykstra Bros Electric loses publication ban motion for his examination hearing

The July 18th 2013 Landlord and Tenant Board undertaking to return last months rent to the Dykstra Bros Electric corporations tenant at 40 Ellen Street, Barrie, Ontario, upon vacancy, agreed to and signed by the Dykstra Bros representative, April Stewart of Landlord Legal, wasted a lot of time in the Barrie’s civil courts to retrieve the funds they refused to pay.

The order was originally mediated by then Orillia Legal clinic paralegal, Howard Tavroges (shown on right ), for the tenant and April Stewart of Landlord Legal, for Ralph Dykstra, William Dykstra and Donald Dykstra of Dykstra Bros Electric corporation.

William Dykstra represented the three brothers when Ralph Dykstra failed to show, claiming he was babysitting his grand children. The judge told paralegal Catherine Stewart that any of the Dykstra brothers could have attended being they were a corporation.

Catherine Stewart stated William Dykstra was out of the country and Ralph Dykstra was babysitting his grand children and could not be present for the examination that was pre-scheduled for Ralph Dykstra.

Howard Tavroges is alleged to have released confidential client information to paralegal C A Stewart while he was representing Landlord legal at Landlord and tenant Board hearings in barrie when she could not attend. Howard Tavroges is the paralegal that made the agreement and then Stewart failed to honor the agreement Landlord Legal had signed on behalf of Dykstra Bros Electric corporation.

Catherine April Stewart as a paralegal, and the acting property manager for Dykstra Bros Electric corporation should not have been representing them in LTB when she was the property manager acting on their behalf interacting with the tenant.

Landlord Legal ordered the Barrie, Central Lock and Key locksmiths, to cut a security chain to enter and attempt to change the locks after she had called the Barrie police on false pretenses to “keep the peace” while she entered illegally.

  • Has been known to use boyfriend and ex OPP officer Paul Smith on stand when unrelated to matters of the hearing.
  • Has been known to use Paul Smith illegal status as a Private Investigator when he was not legal to work in that capacity.
  • Paul Smith has been known to use his retired OPP status and Private Investigator Status when he is not legal in those capacities.
  • Catherine Stewart is known to have given false information to the allegations filed with the Privacy Commissioner, Cristina Derenzis.
  • Landlord Legal has been known to threaten the Human Rights applicant and the TENANT ONLY RIGHTS advocate on her website.
  • Landlord Legal is known to contact the WSIB with false allegations, in hopes of harassing applicant further before the HRTO heard.

The public needs to know the laws concerning a paralegal who has an outside interest that is clearly in violation of the LSUC Rules and Regulations.

Unfortunately the complaints to get these issues investigated by the Law Society of Upper Canada, and have this paralegals license and actions reviewed to see if her actions were unbecoming of a paralegal, licensed through the Law Society will be heard after the Human rights allegations against Catherine A Stewart of Landlord legal, Catherine Stewart,ex OPP officer Paul Smith, Ralph Dykstra, Donald Dykstra and William Dykstra of Dykstra bros Electric.

In this writers opinion, this paralegal has blackened the reputation of paralegals and the Law society when she can manipulate and delay allegations and court procedures to save her little property management company and her conflict of interest paralegal business and personal reputation.

How can you be an advocate for rights when you abuse the system and violate other peoples rights to fight for Landlord clients ?

Why should this paralegal be allowed to hide behind a FALSE LEGAL legal status when she causes the issues and then hides in plain sight !!!

NO JUSTICE HERE only abuse of the system in our opinion. Send your comments and past interactions with Landlord legal and we will post to the NEW series continuing the paralegal Rules of conduct and business Rules of the Law Society and educate the public on the LSUC biggest mistake ever of allowing paralegals to work as a property management company.

Privacy Violators website is meant to warn you and educate the public of privacy violations and common rights that are being manipulated, ignored and trampled on because of the Canadian Legal system and the rules in place by the LSUC.

The Law Society of Canada should not have ignored and refused to investigate legitimate tenant complaints concerning landlord legal and manipulating methods used.

The Law Society has allowed another (3) three years of practice from Catherine Stewart and the same conduct unbecoming a paralegal complaints with the illegal break in allegations only because she claimed to have filed a SCC lawsuit in 2013 which April Stewart has done nothing to further. Another move to manipulate the system, abuse the system and delay the system as well as continue to severely harass the applicant who had filed the LSUC and Human rights allegations against her.

I hope you can learn something of some of these methods mentioned and write to the LSUC to have the paralegal investigated for her actions.

New Upper Law Society of Canada complaints against Landlord Legal inc.

Privacy Violators has learned that owner of Landlord Legal, Catherine April Stewart, a private paralegal from Meaford, Ontario, has continued to allegedly harass a Barrie ex tenant of her clients Ralph Dykstra, Bill Dykstra and Don Dykstra of Dykstra  Bros Electric Barrie to whom she has been representing through Landlord Tenant Tribunal and Civil court proceedings.

There are several pending court cases and Law Society of Upper Canada complaints already involving Catherine A Stewart and 2 new complaints are being filed with the ULSC of her persistent alleged harassment against this ex tenant of Dykstra Bros Electric with regards to letters sent to the Community Legal Clinic in Orillia.

Catherine Stewart of Landlord Legal states in letters sent to the Legal Clinic that she feels that the Barrie ex tenant should not be represented by the Community Legal Clinic for the civil suit that was filed to retrieve money owed from a BAD LTB MEDIATION deal that was set up on July 15th 2013. There are many follow up posts with the letters, filed documents and complaints to be published soon here on Privacy Violators website.

There has been no new information from the Upper Law Society of Canada on the progress of the previous complaints lodged against Catherine April Stewart, though many phone calls have been made to find out more information from the ULSC .

Other tenants of Dykstra Bros Electric have been warned of the problems that had been caused by the harassment and privacy violations and a newsletter updating the court news is being sent out to update the tenants on the status of ALL the court cases.

William Dykstra is set to appear in a Barrie courtroom in March 2014 to answer and explain why the 2 previous court orders to pay the ex tenant from a deliberate bad mediation deal that was set in Landlord Tenant Tribunal last year, were not complied with.

Dykstra bros electric and Catherine Stewart had signed a mediated agreement from a joint submission agreement July 15th 2013 that was set up with the ex tenant to resolve issues that had arisen from the privacy violations and harassment of the Dykstras which led to Human Rights complaints being filed against them.

The Dykstra brothers have until March 6th 2014 to respond to the serious Human Rights complaints that were filed by the Barrie ex tenant concerning medical marihuana,privacy violations and severe interference and harassment by Ralph Dykstra,Bill Dykstra and William Dykstra.

A court date was set for March 7th 2014 for mediation with Catherine A Stewart,Ralph Dykstra,Bill Dykstra and Don Dykstra for the $25,000 lawsuits they each had filed against the tenant and the Privacy Violators website.

Privacy Violators will be posting ALL the Stewart/Dykstra/Groves applications,responses,documents,emails,photos and the newest videos as soon as all the material has been organized from the beginning, March 26th 2013,start of the first privacy violation complaints that were filed against Dykstra Electric of Barrie,Ontario in the Landlord & Tenant Board Tribunal.

Other complaints that were filed by the ex tenant against Coin Hoarders Treasury, Barrie Ontario with the Privacy Commissioner of Canada concerning cameras used to monitor him for the Dykstras have yet to be addressed properly.Recent phone calls to find out more information on the complaints that were filed against owner, Mike Harris has not produced anymore information on the privacy violation complaints.

Landlord Legal fails to notify defendant again !

Catherine-StewartA civil lawsuit #1851-13 that was filed in Superior Court of Justice, Barrie, Ontario by Landlord Legal Inc, Catherine April Stewart against this website Privacy-Violators.com had its first appearance for a “Settlement Conference” today Friday, March 7th 2014 @ 9:30am.

Although Catherine Stewart of Landlord legal Inc. is the “Plaintiff” in this case, she failed to show at the settlement conference this morning in front of Deputy Judge Stabile, to represent her claims against Privacy Violators website, instead sending another paralegal T Benny to represent her, claiming her client is out of the country and she is unable to attend the hearing and had alleged she sent a letter to the defendant February 20th 2014 stating so for this hearing date for the civil suit filed against her clients and scheduled for next Friday, March 14th 2014 at this same courthouse.

Defendant requested “Costs” from Landlord Legal inc,  Catherine Stewart for failing to notify him of her and her clients failure to show and was given costs of $50.00 from Landlord Legal inc and $50.00 from Dykstra Bros Electric  regardless of the outcome of the case.

The letter Landlord Legal refers to was sent to the Orillia Community Clinic paralegal James R for a civil matter #1546-13 against Bill Dykstra who is representing Dykstra Bros Electric on a “Notice of Examination” hearing that was scheduled to be heard next Friday March 14 2014 at the Superior Court of Justice, Barrie, Ontario  from a civil suit filed by the ex tenant for money owing from the BAD MEDIATION and who has also filed a Human Rights case against Ralph Dykstra, Bill Dykstra and Don Dykstra of Dykstra Bros Electric of Barrie, Ontario.

This is not the first time that Catherine Stewart, of Landlord legal inc. has failed to notify the opposite parties of cases she was involved with that she or her clients were not able to attend a scheduled hearing with the means & sufficient time to notify the other party.

In this ex tenants Landlord and Tenant Tribunal case # CET-33911-13, the tenant had summoned police Cst M Beard, Central Lock and Key Barrie,Ontario owner and his employee Cody along with Nik S for the LTB September 24th, 2014 hearing date. Stewart had also claimed she was out of the country and was unable to attend the hearing but neglected to contact the ex tenant, the Barrie LTB tribunal, or any of the witness’s that were present that day set for the hearing.Much consideration is being put on re submitting these complaints to be heard.

The judge hearing the case said Catherine Stewart of Landlord Legal needed to provide proof of her “out of the country” claim upon returning for the next scheduled court date for the matter.

The ex tenant withdrew the  CET-33911-13 LTB matter, for the alleged illegal entry & illegal lock change complaint that was done by Central Lock and Key of Barrie and was ordered by Landlord Legal,Catherine Stewart & Dykstra Bros Electric, with a year to bring this matter back up in LTB court, to take his case to be heard at the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.

It has been clear that dealing with Landlord Legal inc., Catherine April Stewart does not follow all the rules and regulations that are set out in the “Rules and Regulations for Paralegals” which will be posted here soon for any interested parties to read.

As a P1 Private Paralegal representing LANDLORDS ONLY, Stewart sent an email to this ex tenant stating she does not have the same privacy,courtesy or rules for him when the tenant repeatedly asked in writing for the “Intent to Enter” inspection report or the photos taken May 24th 2014 by Catherine Stewarts agent “Paul Smith”.

Catherine Stewart had also sent several threatening correspondences to the Orillia Community Clinic with her opinion that the ex tenant should not be represented by them for the civil suit filed against Dykstra Bros Electric for the “BAD FAITH MEDIATION” that arose from the July 18th 2014 CET 31816-13 & CEL 32321-13 LTB Tribunal mediation that Landlord Legal inc., Catherine Stewart had orchestrated to have the tenant leave the rental unit at 40 Ellen Street, Barrie Ontario that was owned by her clients, Ralph Dykstra, Bill Dykstra and Don Dykstra.

The following series of posts, is to bring the followers of the Catherine April Stewart VS Privacy Violators website claims and bring the full progress of the allegations in the Barrie, Ontario Small Claims Court, Catherine April Stewart filed against this website from October 2013.

Catherine Stewart had previously brought a motion for her personal lawsuit to be heard together with her Dykstra Bros Electric clients, Ralph Dykstra, Bill Dykstra and Donald Dykstra SCC #1852-13 which was heard in Barrie courts March 12 2015, and then did a motion for them to be separated after 17 months of waiting.

The civil judge at the hearing did not hear Catherine Stewart’s case, although there was little evidence submitted by Stewart and no witnesses from either side to be called upon during the Dykstra hearing, instead he had allowed her motion, and put Stewart’ hearing off until June 30th 2015 further delaying the Law Society complaints filed by the ex tenant against her paralegal firm, Landlord Legal inc.

A copy of the civil court transcripts with the two attending Barrie police officers testimony and Paul Richardson of Central Locksmith statements from the hearing have been requested and a letter to the director of the Law Society requesting a time extension is to be filed after receiving them for the illegal entry and illegal lock change allegations filed from August 2013 against Catherine Stewart and her firm.

Other complaints lodged with the Law Society against Catherine Stewart were for constantly delaying and wasting court time deliberately when she claimed to be out of the country for the September 24 2013 LTB hearing and many other court dates she did not attend or notify the other party involved in civil matters for the retrieval of the funds owed from an LTB order she personally signed July 2013, which the tenant had to take to civil court to get and for the 2 civil cases she had filed against Privacy Violators, including not showing up for the mandatory settlement conference after filing her lawsuits, and the many motions during the last 2 years in which given lots of notice but failed to show. All the orders and the judgment from these cases will be posted soon on the website.

Privacy Violators website has received many email complaints about Landlord Legal inc doing the same thing to them in past LTB hearings as well as vexatious claims she has brought up against other tenants and not provide disclosure, prove her claims she had filed with invoices and or proof and then turn around and withdraw her claims she had brought forth in LTB to intimidate or scare the tenant into submission. We have asked several people to provide documentation for these past allegations so we may add them to our own complaints or help them file there own personal complaints against Stewart for the Law Society of Upper Canada.

Catherine April Stewart of Landlord Legal inc has been allowed to manipulate the Barrie police, Landlord and Tenant Board and the Barrie Civil courts on many occasions and with the many emails we have received on our website concerning her past actions regarding this will bring it up in LSUC complaints as well.

Landlord Legal - Catherine StewartThe Small Claims lawsuit Catherine Stewart had filed for $25,000 for allegedly damaging her paralegal firms reputation and other allegations against Privacy Violators website, filed in October 2013, and then amended late last year, by Stewart, when the Barrie court told her she was in the wrong court to have our website shut down have yet to finalize and see the inside of a courtroom.

Catherine April Stewart of Landlord Legal inc has wasted the civil courts time by not showing up when fighting to get the order paid from LTB and repeatedly FAILING to notify the other party that her paralegal firm had filed the lawsuit against , for the mandatory settlement conference, and for many motions for the #1851-13 & #1852-13 cases heard.

This is NOT THE FIRST TIME April Stewart of Landlord Legal inc has failed to show or to notify the other side for civil cases or Landlord & Tenant Board tribunal dates that were set and provided to her well within the time limits given by the courts.

The numerous Law Society of Upper Canada complaints previously filed in 2013 & 2014 against April Stewart of Landlord Legal inc by her clients Dykstra Bros Electric inc ex tenant, and also against another private practice paralegal associated with her firm Landlord Legal inc, Howard Paul Tavroges for privacy issues were put on hold by the LSUC until the current court matters filed from April Stewart are heard in civil court.The complaints that were filed do not show up tavrogese-image_400x400anywhere on the LSUC website, not even as outstanding complaints or pending complaints so there is no way to know there are complaints previously filed and on record.

This is another tactic used by paralegals such as April Stewart & Howard Tavroges to delay courts, frustrate and waste time and money !!

** Catherine Stewart of Landlord Legal inc has June 30th 2015 to hear her allegations she filed October 2013 when she filed her claim against this website. Catherine Stewart failed to show for the Small Claims Court mandatory settlement conference set for the allegations she made against us. An order was made for Stewart to pay the tenant for NOT NOTIFYING the tenant or the court that she did not intend on being present for this hearing. Landlord Legal inc clients, Dykstra Bros Electric also failed to show or notify the tenant or the court that they also had no intentions of paying the order nor for attending this mandatory hearing.

Dykstras commercial plaza Ellen 38 St BarrieAllegations that Privacy Violators had damaged her Dykstra Bros Electric clients and Landlord legal paralegal firm reputation after posting actual police incident reports and claims of harassment, illegal lock change, illegal entry which were directed by April Stewart to the  locksmiths while Barrie Police stood by and watched her do an illegal act and did nothing while they were acting under the authority of her Landlord Legal inc paralegal firm in July 2013 cannot be to damaging to her firm as she does not seem interested in ending this long dispute and does not attend her own lawsuit to justify her claims !!

The past topics and postings on Privacy Violators website of the actual police incident reports, Law Society of Upper Canada complaints and all the direct court documents that supported it’s allegations following April Catherine Stewart, owner of Landlord Legal inc, actions against a past tenant of Dykstra Bros Electric of Barrie, Ontario whom she was representing led Stewart to file a Small Claims case against this website.
