Tenant rights advocate warns the public and discusses tactics of the self proclaimed “terminator”, Catherine Stewart!

A tenant rights advocate had many dealings with the Landlord and Tenant Board, Civil courts, Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario,Privacy commissioner and the Law Society over past three years. The tenant rights advocate speaks up online of known tactics from paralegals and lawyers who deal in what is known as “SHARP PRACTICE” and frowned upon by the Law Society of Upper Canada.

Sharp practice is the term given to lawyers and paralegals when knowingly they break laws, court rules and procedures, lie and pretty much do or say anything they want claiming, it is defense of their clients, or themselves, even knowingly submitting false testimony and false evidence to their court hearings, which is against the law.

The Law Society of Upper Canada is well aware of the increase in allegations of lawyers and paralegal, known to use Sharp Practice tactics and unbecoming methods to defend clients, or allegations against them personally.
The LSUC has continually neglected to investigate these complaints of the involved paralegals or lawyers.There has been a drastic increase in the number of complaints filed with the Law Society of Upper Canada accusing many registered Law Society members of such sharp practice methods and illegal actions, unbecoming a paralegal.
The Law Society has been known to turn a blind eye to sharp practice allegations filed with them to investigate !

Barrie Court House* * Barrie Civil Judge Kalwoski breaks rules of the Justice act as a fair and impartial judge when he hears cases involving the retrieval of a LTB Order, and other additional motions involving SCC#1851-13 & SCC#1852-13 where he calls Catherine Stewart to his chambers during ongoing proceedings without the other party being present. It is suspected Judge Kalwosky had put personal notes in the court files to influence the outcome of the future Superior Civil Court proceedings !!

 

Diane Smith Paralegal -Barrie** Diana Smith was found to be practicing law under different names when she was not legally licensed by the Law Society of Upper Canada to practice law in Ontario.Diane Smith sold her house and moved to Newmarket with her son to avoid future civil cases filed against her. She did not show for the allegations against her at LSUC hearings.

** Toronto lawyer David Strashin was aware of the false testimony, and false evidence allegations concerning his client, and friend paralegal, Catherine Stewart. Stewart had filed Human Rights evidence herself, well past the given date stated by the HRTO Registrar, Richard Hennessy for proceedings held in Toronto, Canada. (HRTO 16799-14 & HRTO#16250-13).

The late evidence was allowed into the proceedings as was David Strashin allowed to represent her, after Strashin and Stewart break HR rules of procedure, neglecting to properly notify the tribunal or the other party that he was her legal representative.

Evidence from the applicant was still delivered to the offices of Catherine Stewart, legal contact on file, when no evidence that Strashin was given that he was now the legal rep on file, as per the rules for contact information, to receive any evidence or documents pertaining to the hearings as far back as August of 2015.

Catherine Stewart, her boyfriend Paul Smith and the Dykstra Bros used Toronto lawyer David Strashin, after claiming to the unfair mediator Mary Truemner, during the proceedings “I dont know this Human Rights stuff” and refused to proceed further until a 2 1/2 hour late Strashin finally showed for a scheduled hearing.

You can not trust a Dykstra to honor any deal they make,as proven with the LTB agreement he had Stewart sign on their behalf forcing litigation to retrieve the funds they owed the tenant.

The involvement of “Sharp Practice” goes deep into our court system involving Landlord and Tenant board hearings, Civil Court hearings and many Human Rights hearings here in Ontario, Canada.Sharp practice costs citizens thousands of dollars and many years of their life defending their legal cases only to lose to these legal scum bags. (my opinion)

After reading the many methods known to be used by the Barrie paralegal Catherine Stewart, and her little property management company, to manipulate legal proceedings, you can see the deliberate delays and the intentional refusal to pay court orders issued to her directly or to her landlord clients, only deliberately causes additional back log of honest legal cases not being heard in our courts.

The intentional court delays and refusal to pay court orders ends up costing the opposing parties a great deal of money and personal time to deal with her tactics.

Barrie’s Royal Lepage Reality fails to disclose marijuana grow houses to buyers

Royal Lepage Reality of Barrie, Ontario has been discovered to have not been revealing that property and houses

owned by Ralph Dykstra, William Dykstra and Donald Dykstra located at 24 Victoria Street and 40 Ellen Street Barrie Ontario were used for marijuana grow ops as paralegal Catherine Stewart states in her Barrie Civil Court claim against an ex tenant with a medical marijuana growing license issued from Health Canada.

February 2011 seen a drug raid by the Barrie City Drug Enforcement at 24 Victoria Street which seized over 100 marijuana plants and had arrested the tenant, Manny Portelli for illegally growing marijuana. The damage to the house was extensive as well as the marijuana smell, black mold and other damages.

Read the Freedom of Information request for 24 Victoria Street. Dykstra Bros Electric knew of the Drug raid on the unit but failed to disclose information to perspective buyers when showing of the unit began by Barrie royal Lepage.

Page 7 of the FOI is Landlord Legal false statements to the Barrie police concerning the tenant legally allowed to grow medical marijuana and approved by Ralph Dykstra, William Dykstra and Donald Dykstra of the former company Dykstra Bros Electric (now Gerard Dykstra Electric of Barrie, Ontario) after ex OPP officer, Paul Smith, enters the unit and photographs every inch in preparation for an eviction. This is against the Rules of the Landlord tenant Board as is a paralegal acting as a property manager representing the Dykstra’s in Barrie LTB. (Discussed in future posts in detail)

There was no professional clean up done to 24 Victoria Street but the three Dykstra owners, Ralph Dykstra, Bill Dykstra and Donald Dykstra chose to cover this up when they put the property on the market soon after the drug raid.

Catherine Stewart of Landlord Legal inc. files a civil claim against the legal marijuana grower living at 40 Ellen Street for nearly 5 years and mentions her having to file the units with the MARIJUANA GRO OP REGISTRY in her statements in the Dykstra’s Civil Cases but fails to have the two houses listed as a potential Health risk in the GRO OP REGISTRY with warnings to future buyers of the Dykstra Bros 24 Victoria Street and 40 Ellen Street properties.

Ralph Dykstra of Dykstra Bros ElectricThe Dykstra’s had originally given written authorization to the tenant to allow the marijuana gro op but after another tenant, Nancy Groves, got involved, Human rights allegations were filed against the 3 Dykstra brothers and the paralegal / Property manager, Catherine April Stewart along with her boyfriend and ex OPP officer Paul Smith. The tenant was allowed to grow upwards of 60 medical marijuana plants with a license issued from Health Canada before the program was shut down by Health Canada and Constitutionally challenged in the Supreme Court.

Catherine Stewart filed a Civil claim for $25,000 for damages against the ex tenant after she evicted the legal medical marijuana tenant for her clients Ralph Dykstra, William Dykstra and Donald Dykstra of Barrie Ontario.

Catherine-StewartCatherine April Stewart is also known to file vexatious claims against Privacy Violators but failed to appear many times, dragged it on for 2 1/2 years in the wrong court and stated she was going to take her issue to Supreme Court, but neglected to do so.

The Barrie Civil Court ignored the Speedy Trial request which was upheld in one motion but ignored and proceeded for 2 1/2 wasted years without a single trial but many motions against her methods used during the course of her wasting the Civil courts time.

Barrie Court HouseThe Civil Court has no jurisdiction to shut this website down or make any demand for any posts to be removed without a proper court order.Barrie’s Civil Judge Kalwosky takes the paralegal, Catherine Stewart to his chambers during court proceedings, but neglects to have the opposing parties attend the meeting. It is further alleged Judge Kalwosky had made notes in the courts files against the tenant after he had discussed matters in his chambers violating the rules in the Justices Act for presiding judges. Another corrupt man in the Barrie Civil court system in our opinion !! We are still searching for a photo of Judge Kalwosky to post online with the allegations but will posts his ruling from the motions brought forward from the tenant.

If Catherine Stewart wants any article on Privacy-Violators.com modified, she did not contact us to do so or file her claim in the Supreme Court since August 2014.

The Speedy Trial requested of the Barrie Civil courts should have ended the paralegals attempts at wasting valuable courts time for her and her ex OPP boyfriends, Paul Smiths own interests.The corrupt Barrie court system allowed this paralegal to waste many valuable hours of courts time which would have better served with real cases before the courts.

The son, Gerard Dykstra, of 94 Cardinal Street, Barrie, was one of the Dykstra’s that was using the long established  Dykstra Bros Electric company name but soon changed his company name to Gerard Dykstra, Licensed Electrician after the Human Rights allegations were filed against the three older Dykstra’s including his father.

Write your letters to Barrie Royal Lepage, showing your disgust and the distrust of the Barrie, Ontario Reality firm for not disclosing the marijuana gro op properties and associated mold and health risks at 24 Victoria Street and 40 Ellen Street, Barrie Ontario, owned by the Barrie Dykstra Brothers, Ralph, Donald and William Dykstra to their perspective buyers.

In our opinion, you can not trust Barrie’s Royal Lepage, Paralegal & Property Manager Catherine Stewart, ex OPP officer Paul Smith, Ralph Dykstra, William Dykstra, Donald Dykstra and Gerard Dykstra of Barrie to reveal the Health risks presented by the Marijuana Gro Ops from their property as Catherine Stewart makes in her initial claims of her Civil suit against the Barrie tenant.The Civil documentation will be uploaded soon for the public to view and decide for themselves what kind of people these characters are and the manipulation done by the paralegal in our Ontario Courts and our joke of a justice system.

Ralph Dykstra of Dykstra Bros Electric loses publication ban motion for his examination hearing

The July 18th 2013 Landlord and Tenant Board undertaking to return last months rent to the Dykstra Bros Electric corporations tenant at 40 Ellen Street, Barrie, Ontario, upon vacancy, agreed to and signed by the Dykstra Bros representative, April Stewart of Landlord Legal, wasted a lot of time in the Barrie’s civil courts to retrieve the funds they refused to pay.

The order was originally mediated by then Orillia Legal clinic paralegal, Howard Tavroges (shown on right ), for the tenant and April Stewart of Landlord Legal, for Ralph Dykstra, William Dykstra and Donald Dykstra of Dykstra Bros Electric corporation.

William Dykstra represented the three brothers when Ralph Dykstra failed to show, claiming he was babysitting his grand children. The judge told paralegal Catherine Stewart that any of the Dykstra brothers could have attended being they were a corporation.

Catherine Stewart stated William Dykstra was out of the country and Ralph Dykstra was babysitting his grand children and could not be present for the examination that was pre-scheduled for Ralph Dykstra.

Howard Tavroges is alleged to have released confidential client information to paralegal C A Stewart while he was representing Landlord legal at Landlord and tenant Board hearings in barrie when she could not attend. Howard Tavroges is the paralegal that made the agreement and then Stewart failed to honor the agreement Landlord Legal had signed on behalf of Dykstra Bros Electric corporation.

Catherine April Stewart as a paralegal, and the acting property manager for Dykstra Bros Electric corporation should not have been representing them in LTB when she was the property manager acting on their behalf interacting with the tenant.

Landlord Legal ordered the Barrie, Central Lock and Key locksmiths, to cut a security chain to enter and attempt to change the locks after she had called the Barrie police on false pretenses to “keep the peace” while she entered illegally.

  • Catherine Stewart is known to have given false information to the allegations filed with the Privacy Commissioner, Cristina Derenzis.
  • Landlord Legal has been known to threaten the Human Rights applicant and the TENANT ONLY RIGHTS advocate on her website.
  • Landlord Legal is known to contact the WSIB with false allegations, in hopes of harassing applicant further before the HRTO heard.

The public needs to know the laws concerning a paralegal who has an outside interest that is clearly in violation of the LSUC Rules and Regulations.

Unfortunately the complaints to get these issues investigated by the Law Society of Upper Canada, and have this paralegals license and actions reviewed to see if her actions were unbecoming of a paralegal, licensed through the Law Society will be heard after the Human rights allegations against Catherine A Stewart of Landlord legal, Catherine Stewart,ex OPP officer Paul Smith, Ralph Dykstra, Donald Dykstra and William Dykstra of Dykstra bros Electric.

In this writers opinion, this paralegal has blackened the reputation of paralegals and the Law society when she can manipulate and delay allegations and court procedures to save her little property management company and her conflict of interest paralegal business and personal reputation.

How can you be an advocate for rights when you abuse the system and violate other peoples rights to fight for Landlord clients ?

Why should this paralegal be allowed to hide behind a FALSE LEGAL legal status when she causes the issues and then hides in plain sight !!!

NO JUSTICE HERE only abuse of the system in our opinion. Send your comments and past interactions with Landlord legal and we will post to the NEW series continuing the paralegal Rules of conduct and business Rules of the Law Society and educate the public on the LSUC biggest mistake ever of allowing paralegals to work as a property management company.

Privacy Violators website is meant to warn you and educate the public of privacy violations and common rights that are being manipulated, ignored and trampled on because of the Canadian Legal system and the rules in place by the LSUC.

The Law Society of Canada should not have ignored and refused to investigate legitimate tenant complaints concerning landlord legal and manipulating methods used.

The Law Society has allowed another (3) three years of practice from Catherine Stewart and the same conduct unbecoming a paralegal complaints with the illegal break in allegations only because she claimed to have filed a SCC lawsuit in 2013 which April Stewart has done nothing to further. Another move to manipulate the system, abuse the system and delay the system as well as continue to severely harass the applicant who had filed the LSUC and Human rights allegations against her.

RULE 4: Advocacy

Outside Interests and Public Office
(4) A paralegal who engages in another profession, business, occupation or other outside interest or who holds public office concurrently with the provision of legal services, shall not allow the outside interest or public office to jeopardize the paralegal’s integrity, independence, or competence.
(5) A paralegal shall not allow involvement in an outside interest or public office to impair the exercise of his or her independent judgment on behalf of a client.

TRUST CONDITIONS
2.02

The Law Society has never been notified by paralegal Catherine Stewart, owner of Landlord legal inc, that allegations of illegal entry and illegal lock change had been brought against this paralegal Aug 2013 in Barrie LTB court, by the HR applicant and NONE of the accused showed for the hearing in Sept 2013.

The Law Society has not been notified by Landlord Legal inc that there has been pending Human Rights allegations against her legal firm since May 2014, and is now including a pending amendment for allegations of personal Human Rights breaches.


The Human Rights (HR) Applicant has a pending claim and allegedly added Catherine April Stewart as a pending personal Respondent to the alleged HR discrimination allegations brought up by an ex tenant of Dykstra Bros Electric of Barrie, Ontario.

cropped-cbk.jpgLegal documents were delivered Aug 11 2015 to the Respondents address on file for pending Human Rights proceedings against her clients and her legal firm, located at 117 Bayfield Street Barrie, Ontario when Catherine April Stewart tried AGAIN, to have the Applicant charged, for trespassing, or whatever the police would be willing to charge him with from her allegations !!

The Barrie Police officer in question, harassed the ex tenant further, when he called the Human Rights applicants, personal cell number.

The officer demanded that the Human Rights Applicant come into the police station, again for questioning, the Applicant told him “NO FUCKING WAY” and told him to stop calling the cell number, stop harassing him and talk to Mr Graves, the person who delivered the legal documents if he had a problem.The phone number was changed because of the constant harassment and demands of the Barrie police from these harassing and vexatious complaints.

Another false allegation to the Barrie police involved Detective Cst Steele, in which he called the Human Rights Applicants cell phone as well and THREATENED to have a WARRANT ISSUED if he did not turn himself into Barrie Police.

The allegations of Howard Tavroges and Catherine Stewart stemming from the HR applicant ATTENDING a public and open forum Landlord and tenant Board courtroom, to obtain FURTHER PROOF of Howards Tavroges conflict of interest allegations, releasing private and privileged information allegations, to Landlord Legal inc, while he had signed working as a representative for Orillia Legal Clinic,in a paralegal capacity for the ex tenant.
Tavroges signed the joint agreement with Ms Stewart on July 18th 2013 for an LTB Order, which she made the tenant fight her firm in Superior Court to retrieve monies owed, while Mr Tavroges had been or was representing Landlord Legal inc, in LTB matters at the same time legal proceedings connected were pending in 2013 and 2014, and still pending in 2016.

” It was a hiccup of the law ” ~ Quote by Barrie police detective Steele, after calling his cell number given to him from Stewarts files, and threatening a warrant for the arrest of the Human rights Applicants, after receiving complaints and further vexatious and harassing allegations from C A Stewart & Howard Tavroges.

Detective Steeles as a police officer, C A Stewart and H Tavroges as licensed paralegals, should have known or aught to known, Human rights Codes, the Criminal Code of Canada as well as, RTA 2006,LSUC Rules of Conduct, Rules of Procedures for proceedings and all other RIGHTS of the HR Applicant.

Other alleged police contact, threats and harassment will be posted on PRIVACY VIOLATORS website, when ALL the requested freedom of Information documents, video recordings and incident reports are collected.

Stewart and Tavroges as paralegals should have known or aught to have known the LTB Tribunal was an open and public forum for EVERYBODY, and as such the Applicant can attend whenever he feels the need to watch justice in action or whatever other reason he chooses to do so.

C A Stewart should have known or aught to have known not to obstruct legal methods of delivering legal documents and would probably not be served as often, in front of her colleges and peers, at the Landlord and Tenant Board Tribunal courtroom, located on the 2nd floor of 34 Simcoe Street, Barrie Ontario, Canada.

The documents were hand delivered to the legal office of Catherine Stewart of Landlord Legal inc, by a Mr B Graves, and not the involved party, though he had the right according to the Rules of Procedures to do so, when Stewart called the Barrie police again, this time, Cst Bareo (not sure of name spelling, but will be checking, when freedom of information and incident report requests are completed for ALL the incidents.)

Ralph Dykstra, William Dykstra and Donald Dykstra of Dykstra Bros Electric ltd / Paul T Smith / Catherine A Stewart / Landlord legal inc are ALL Respondents to the Human rights allegations, and have claimed to have hired Toronto based David Strashin, Sept 2015 to represent ALL parties, after paralegal Catherine A Stewart has represented involved parties since May 15th 2013, and alleged to have seriously delayed legal proceedings deliberately.

David Strashin has NOT FOLLOWED the Rules of Procedures for the HRTO 16250-13 (Dykstra Bros Electric) & HRTO 17699-14 (Landlord Legal inc / C A Stewart / Paul Smith). David Strashin is known to have other past business references, or relationships from 2011, with Landlord Legal as mentioned on the paralegals website on “In the News” category on, Hoarding Tenants.

The owner of Landlord legal inc, paralegal Catherine Stewart, has called the Barrie police on many unsubstantiated and false allegations against the HR Applicant since May 2013 when she was hired by Ralph Dykstra, Donald Dykstra and William Dykstra.

The property manager Catherine Stewart and her Dykstra Bros are alleged to have illegally entered/altered locks on Aug 15 2013.

Catherine Stewart, Ralph Dykstra, Donald Dykstra and William Dykstra DID NOT SHOW for the tenants rights application CET 33911-13 that accused them of the break in and lock change while the Barrie police watched.

Catherine Stewart calls the Barrie police on FALSE PRETENSES to “KEEP THE PEACE” knowing an LTB ORDER was in place, signed personally by Catherine Stewart ( SEE PARALEGAL RULES OF UNDERTAKINGS) and the tenant had legal possession of his rental unit !!. Officers M Beard and Cst Turner incident reports stating they told Stewart she DID NOT HAVE LEGAL DOCUMENTATION or the RIGHT TO ENTER but Catherine Stewart orders it done anyways !!

The paralegals alleged boyfriend Paul T Smith is also accused of Human rights violations against the past tenant caused when Paul Smith attended 40 Ellen Street, Barrie, Ontario in May 2013 to perform duties for Dykstra Bros, and Catherine Stewart.

Paralegals and Lawyers should not or should know NOT TO THREATEN or harass parties they are involved in proceedings against with CRIMINAL ARREST, FURTHER LEGAL THREATS or any kind of threat meant to harm the other party or to delay, coerce or influence the proceedings they are involved in.

Barrie police refuse to charge the paralegal numerous times with the numerous unsubstantiated and false allegations she makes, of the ongoing harassment, allegations of false documents submitted for legal proceedings or for Applicant to press criminal harassment charges for the break in and illegal lock change witnessed by attending police officers and instructing paralegal that she had NO RIGHT or LEGAL DOCUMENT required to enter 40 Ellen Street, Barrie Ont on August 15th 2013. when Catherine Stewart and the Dykstras’ were present and proceeded to order the locksmith to cut security chain and enter unit illegally.

Catherine Stewart, owner of Landlord Legal filed civil matters Oct 2013 against the ex tenant, knowing of the pending HUMAN RIGHTS matters, amended the SCC 1851-13 application after a year to a personal claim, being told the matter was in the wrong court and needed to go to a higher court to deal with the publication of legal proceedings against her and her Dykstra Bros Electric company of Barrie clients.

The paralegal website also depicts or has publicized a photo of Nima Wilson, a black female tenant, that was evicted several times and the story of the tenants involvement with the process, further harassing and embarrassing the poor tenant for Landlord-Legal-website-page-and-info-1Landlord legal paralegal firms own eviction advertising purposes for LANDLORDS to “EVICT TROUBLED TENANTS”

Catherine Stewart’s personal SCC1851-13 allegations are still pending, and public record, as of Feb 2016 and after she filed original claim in Oct 2013 to delay the Law Society complaints and the Human Rights allegations against her alleged boyfriend, her firm and Dykstra Bros Electric of Barrie owners’.

The SCC1851-13 civil matter filed by C A Stewart is still pending, as Stewart has taken NO ACTION after being told it was IN THE WRONG court.

Catherine Stewart also claimed she had hired David Strashin to represent her for the higher court in July 2014 but again has not taken any action to further her claims.

The Applicant has claimed his Charter Rights, Fundamental Freedoms 2(b) and will continue to defend the public forums, open court and HR publicized findings in all proceedings he is involved in with Catherine Stewart, Paul T Smith,Ralph Dykstra,Donald Dykstra and William Dykstra.

The paralegal should have informed her clients the LTB, Civil and Human Rights are public forums and public documents to the proceedings and freedom of information requested are public documents as stated on the bottom of the LTB forms and additional forms filed for proceedings and can be used as such.

Paralegals and Lawyers should know or aught to know not to create “CONFLICT of INTEREST” and if so, to remove themselves from ALL legal proceedings they are directly involved in.

Landlord legal has gone so far as to harass and interfere with our rights to publish our material that they have also sent cease and desist letters to Pier 1 in Toronto,Ontario in attempts to have us shut down.

The lead in stories on the maintenance page resulted in legal action being sought from both Landlord legal and Privacy Violators.com on these matters and we will keep you up to date as usual with all the information,court documents and photos related to these court cases.

The Landlord and Tenant complaints, from both parties, ended up in a joint submission put forward by the Tenant, to Catherine Stewart representing Dykstra Bros Electric. The offer was mediated by the attending Community Legal Clinic paralegal and the Landlord and Tenant court mediator. It took 3 attempts and 2 hours at mediating to arrive at this agreement. Catherine Stewart shortened the time frame for the tenant to voluntarily move out each time she went into the mediation room. It ended up being mediated from the end of September 2013 to move out being being July 18th 2013 with the agreement of last months rent to be returned on July 18th 2013 with the turn over of the unit. ** This Landlord & Tenant Board Tribunal case started out as a privacy volation complaint launched by the tenant  when this started on March 26th, 2013 with Ralph Dykstra, Bill Dykstra, Don Dykstra  discussing private personal information with and their very long time family friend and tenant Nancy Groves. There have been numerous complaints filed with the Upper Law Society & the Privacy Commissioner of Canada over Catherine Stewart and her clients, Dykstras Bros Electric actions. ** Paralegals that represent landlords do NOT have to follow the same Rules of Paralegal Conduct as “NORMAL” paralegals.
** This was made clear in an email received from Catherine Stewart refusing documents requested.

** Requesting information that we were entitled to legally have with written requests went unanswered continuously from Landlord Legal and the issues had to be handled by the investigating officer of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada to obtain the information we requested numerous times in writing. Again PIPEDA laws were ignored.

New Upper Law Society of Canada complaints against Landlord Legal inc.

Privacy Violators has learned that owner of Landlord Legal, Catherine April Stewart, a private paralegal from Meaford, Ontario, has continued to allegedly harass a Barrie ex tenant of her clients Ralph Dykstra, Bill Dykstra and Don Dykstra of Dykstra  Bros Electric Barrie to whom she has been representing through Landlord Tenant Tribunal and Civil court proceedings.

 

There are several pending court cases and Law Society of Upper Canada complaints already involving Catherine A Stewart and 2 new complaints are being filed with the ULSC of her persistent alleged harassment against this ex tenant of Dykstra Bros Electric with regards to letters sent to the Community Legal Clinic in Orillia.

Catherine Stewart of Landlord Legal states in letters sent to the Legal Clinic that she feels that the Barrie ex tenant should not be represented by the Community Legal Clinic for the civil suit that was filed to retrieve money owed from a BAD LTB MEDIATION deal that was set up on July 15th 2013. There has been no new information from the Upper Law Society of Canada on the progress of the previous complaints lodged against Catherine April Stewart, though many phone calls have been made to find out more information from the ULSC .

Other tenants of Dykstra Bros Electric have been warned of the problems that had been caused by the harassment and privacy violations and a newsletter updating the court news is being sent out to update the tenants on the status of ALL the court cases.

William Dykstra is set to appear in a Barrie courtroom in March 2014 to answer and explain why the 2 previous court orders to pay the ex tenant from a deliberate bad mediation deal that was set in Landlord Tenant Tribunal last year, were not complied with.

Dykstra bros electric and Catherine Stewart had signed a mediated agreement from a joint submission agreement July 15th 2013 that was set up with the ex tenant to resolve issues that had arisen from the privacy violations and harassment of the Dykstras which led to Human Rights complaints being filed against them.

The Dykstra brothers have until March 6th 2014 to respond to the serious Human Rights complaints that were filed by the Barrie ex tenant concerning medical marihuana,privacy violations and severe interference and harassment by Ralph Dykstra,Bill Dykstra and William Dykstra.

A court date was set for March 7th 2014 for mediation with Catherine A Stewart,Ralph Dykstra,Bill Dykstra and Don Dykstra for the $25,000 lawsuits they each had filed against the tenant and the Privacy Violators website.

Privacy Violators will be posting ALL the Stewart/Dykstra/Groves applications,responses,documents,emails,photos and the newest videos as soon as all the material has been organized from the beginning, March 26th 2013,start of the first privacy violation complaints that were filed against Dykstra Electric of Barrie,Ontario in the Landlord & Tenant Board Tribunal.

Other complaints that were filed by the ex tenant against Coin Hoarders Treasury, Barrie Ontario with the Privacy Commissioner of Canada concerning cameras used to monitor him for the Dykstras have yet to be addressed properly.Recent phone calls to find out more information on the complaints that were filed against owner, Mike Harris has not produced anymore information on the privacy violation complaints.
