Interesting posts to follow about the medical marihuana debates. In all the 5 years legally MMAR licenced, I personally never had an issue with anything until Ralph,Don and Bill Dykstra disclosed PRIVATE and confidential information to another long time family friend and tenant. Ex OPP officer worked as private investigator for many years, unsanctioned and illegally for Walters Falls paralegal !

oppAn ex Ontario Provincial Police officer, Paul Smith, has been investigated during Human Rights allegations (HRTO #17699-14) that were brought up against Smith, and his paralegal girlfriend, Catherine A Stewart, and has been discovered to be working as a private investigator illegally for landlord legal inc, of Barrie Ontario for many years.

Although Paul Smith did indeed have a private investigators license for over 7 years, Smith was not sanctioned by any private investigator company to work legally as a private investigator, but continued to give signed statements mentioning his PI reports and PI status, as well as being a retired Ontario Provincial Police officer, in sworn statements given to, and signed by his paralegal girlfriend who has a commissioner stamp to do so. One lies and the other swears to it.. very convenient for paralegal, property manager Catherine Stewart when she signs the legal documents to defend her LANDLORD ONLY clients.

Smith would give false evidence, false testimony, and stated whatever, property manager and paralegal girlfriend, Catherine Stewart needed to be sworn and she would protect him from liable suits, Human Rights allegations and criminal actions brought up against him, stating “absolute privilege” while she acts as his paralegal protecting these lies they swear to. Barrie Police officer Det Steeles, refused to investigate the false evidence allegations brought up to him concerning Smith.

Paul Smith was further accused with Catherine Stewart of entering false evidence, which Smith had signed and gave to Stewart for evidence into HRTO #17699-14, which both parties were named in Human Rights application.

Ex OPP officer Smith, was also involved in breaking many more Rules and Procedures for Stewart, in the Human Rights (HRTO#17699-14) allegations brought against Smith and Catherine Stewart when he contacted and delivered legal documents to the Human Rights applicant at an address NOT ON FILE when the applicant had legal council representing him.

The illegal personal contact by ex OPP officer Paul Smith, is against any Court Hearing Rules, as well as the Human Rights rules when legally represented, alarmed the HR applicant and made him afraid of what the pair would do when, consistently and knowingly they both were brazenly breaking laws and rules for their HR allegations against them. Paul Smith has admitted working as a PI and process server for his paralegal girlfriend for over ten years and should know the laws and rules and regulations governing process serving.

The pair have gotten away with tactics like this for a long time and Barrie police office Steele received complaints Barrie policefrom the Human Rights applicant, of these tactics and actions but did not investigate nor act on the complaints. It seems like the Barrie police service also works for Catherine Stewart as well, when they do not investigate legitimate complaints filed against the paralegal for break and enter, entering false evidence and harassment allegations or the ex Ontario Provincial Police officer involved !! We can only assume the Barrie Police and the OPP protect their own when they do not investigate these complaints !!

Human-Rights-DignityHuman Rights Registrar, Richard Hennessy of the Human Rights Tribunal was well aware of the allegations and many more motions brought up by the applicant in HRTO#16799-14, but the mediator, Mary Truemner did not hear any of the motions brought forward, instead this unfair mediator swept it under the rug and refused to hear them !

Further posts concerning the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, Registrar, Richard Henessey and mediator  Mary Truemner will also be published shortly so the public can learn the Human Rights Tribunal knows the manipulation that goes on during HRTO hearings by lawyers and paralegals and does nothing to stop it.The Human Rights Tribunal in Toronto is a mockery of the justice system and will be discussed in full in further posts to come.

An article detailing “absolute privilege” and the abuse that goes on when paralegals knowingly break the law and rules of procedure during court hearings and get away with it is in the works and will be published soon.

After a long investigation, and many emails received, the stuff that paralegal Catherine Stewart has done in the past, and has gotten away with it, even when the Law Society is aware of the allegations is staggering and the public needs to be aware of the tactics used by a few of these known paralegals, who go to a college training school for one year and bought their licenses and have nothing to lose.

Paul-Smith-home-inspector-card-he-gives-120x80Paul Smith and Catherine Stewart were accused of violating a tenants privacy when Paul Smith, on Stewart’s orders, entered the tenants unit owned by Dykstra Bros Electric of Barrie, Ontario and proceeded to take photos of every inch of the unit in preparations to evict him. The Landlord and Tenant Board rules do not allow one party to have an advantage over another when preparing for an eviction or an LTB  hearing, which makes the photos ineligible to be entered into evidence as LTB Judge Sean Henry states in the May 7th, 2013 transcripts to be published in a future post.

Paralegal and property manager, Catherine Stewart has been accused in the past of breaking into a tenant’s home while Barrie police officers, CST Turner and CST Melanie Beard stood by and watched. The Barrie police officers would not charge Catherine Stewart, Ralph Dykstra, William Dykstra or Donald Dykstra with break and enter although they witnessed it first hand, stating it was a landlord and tenant board matter. Catherine Stewart has been known to give confidential court information to the Barrie police, in the form of a private cell number that was given for court purposes only.

The tenant involved did file a LTB complaint (LTB #33911-13), stating paralegal Catherine Stewart and her landlord clients ordered Barrie’s Central Lock and Key owner, Paul Robertson to cut a security chain, pick the lock and enter 40 Ellen Street, Barrie Ontario while the Barrie police watched. Barrie Police Constable Melanie Beard was summoned and present for the LTB hearing, as were the locksmiths involved, for the break and enter allegations, but Catherine Stewart neglected to show for the allegations against her, stating she “was out of the country” when witnesses to the contrary were available.

Ex OPP officer, Paul Smith and Catherine Stewart, both of Walters Falls, Ontario have been known in the past to use Smiths’ ex OPP status and his illegal private investigator license to influence the Landlord and Tenant Board hearings that paralegal, Catherine Stewart, takes on defending Landlords only.Smith was also involved in Privacy Commissioner complaints against Stewart where he gave statements claiming he was a licensed PI working for Smith when he entered and took 100’s of photos of a tenants unit prior to Stewart preparing for a forced eviction hearing.

The paralegal / property manager hides behind online applications on her website to screen clients and has signs posted on a door at her little cubicle office located at 117 Bayfield Street stating No Tenants allowed but she is a property manager. Figure that one out, a property manager that wants no contact with the tenants on behalf of her landlord clients.. that says a lot of her intentions and tactics !!

There have been many posts alleging the privacy violations done, false evidence submitted, false testimony submitted, and the many laws, and rules and regulations that Catherine Stewart has been known to commit while manipulating rules and hiding behind her landlord only advocate role.

This Tenant ONLY rights advocate will continue to warn the public and file Law Society complaints against this paralegal for her conflict of interest while working as both a paralegal and property manager and bring the truth behind her break ins, false evidence and manipulation Stewart and her Toronto lawyer and friend David Strashin allows for Stewart’s Human Rights hearing and her landlord only clients.More complaints are to be filed with the Law Society concerning Catherine A Stewart aka Barrie property manager April Stewart.

Any tenant who goes against Catherine Stewart in LTB, should be aware that Catherine April Stewart is not legally allowed to represent landlords in LTB hearings as both a paralegal and a property manager and should make the Judge at the LTB hearing aware of the conflict of interest she is in when she does not fit the definition of a “Landlord” but references herself as a “Landlord representative” in any court documents and signs them as April Stewart, which is not her legal name !!

The upcoming series we have titled the “Stewart Solution” will give other tenant’s ideas and alternatives when dealing with landlord problems and the manipulation of the self proclaimed “terminator” which is known in our court system, costly for the tenants wastes police services time and money, and the courts time, which could be dealing with real paralegals interested in furthering justice, not manipulating it and hiding behind this false title and status.

Howard Tavroges is known to work at the Barrie Landlord and Tenant Board representing on behalf of C A Stewart or April Stewart as she commonly flips back and forth on the names, and her business roles, on many occasions.

owned by Ralph Dykstra, William Dykstra and Donald Dykstra located at 24 Victoria Street and 40 Ellen Street Barrie Ontario were used for marijuana grow ops as paralegal Catherine Stewart states in her Barrie Civil Court claim against an ex tenant with a medical marijuana growing license issued from Health Canada.

February 2011 seen a drug raid by the Barrie City Drug Enforcement at 24 Victoria Street which seized over 100 marijuana plants and had arrested the tenant, Manny Portelli for illegally growing marijuana. The damage to the house was extensive as well as the marijuana smell, black mold and other damages.

Page 7 of the FOI is Landlord Legal false statements to the Barrie police concerning the tenant legally allowed to grow medical marijuana and approved by Ralph Dykstra, William Dykstra and Donald Dykstra of the former company Dykstra Bros Electric (now Gerard Dykstra Electric of Barrie, Ontario) after ex OPP officer, Paul Smith, enters the unit and photographs every inch in preparation for an eviction. This is against the Rules of the Landlord tenant Board as is a paralegal acting as a property manager representing the Dykstra’s in Barrie LTB. (Discussed in future posts in detail)

There was no professional clean up done to 24 Victoria Street but the three Dykstra owners, Ralph Dykstra, Bill Dykstra and Donald Dykstra chose to cover this up when they put the property on the market soon after the drug raid.

Catherine Stewart of Landlord Legal inc. files a civil claim against the legal marijuana grower living at 40 Ellen Street for nearly 5 years and mentions her having to file the units with the MARIJUANA GRO OP REGISTRY in her statements in the Dykstra’s Civil Cases but fails to have the two houses listed as a potential Health risk in the GRO OP REGISTRY with warnings to future buyers of the Dykstra Bros 24 Victoria Street and 40 Ellen Street properties.

Ralph Dykstra of Dykstra Bros ElectricThe Dykstra’s had originally given written authorization to the tenant to allow the marijuana grow op but after another tenant, Nancy Groves, got involved, Human rights allegations were filed against the 3 Dykstra brothers and the paralegal / Property manager, Catherine April Stewart along with her boyfriend and ex OPP officer Paul Smith. The tenant was allowed to grow upwards of 60 medical marijuana plants with a license issued from Health Canada before the program was shut down by Health Canada and Constitutionally challenged in the Supreme Court.

Catherine Stewart filed a Civil claim for $25,000 for damages against the ex tenant after she evicted the legal medical marijuana tenant for her clients Ralph Dykstra, William Dykstra and Donald Dykstra of Dykstra Brother Electric of Barrie Ontario.

Catherine-StewartCatherine April Stewart is also known to file vexatious claims against Privacy Violators but failed to appear many times, dragged it on for 2 1/2 years in the wrong court and stated she was going to take her issue to Supreme Court, but neglected to do so.

The Barrie Civil Court ignored the Speedy Trial request which was upheld in one motion but ignored and proceeded for 2 1/2 wasted years without a single trial but many motions against her methods used during the course of her wasting the Civil courts time.

Barrie Court HouseThe Civil Court has no jurisdiction to shut this website down or make any demand for any posts to be removed without a proper court order.Barrie’s Civil Judge Kalwosky takes the paralegal, Catherine Stewart to his chambers during court proceedings, but neglects to have the opposing parties attend the meeting. It is further alleged Judge Kalwosky had made notes in the courts files against the tenant after he had discussed matters in his chambers violating the rules in the Justices Act for presiding judges. Another corrupt man in the Barrie Civil court system in our opinion !! We are still searching for a photo of Judge Kalwosky to post online with the allegations but will posts his ruling from the motions brought forward from the tenant.

If Catherine Stewart wants any article on Privacy-Violators.com modified, she did not contact us to do so or file her claim in the Supreme Court since August 2014.

The Speedy Trial requested of the Barrie Civil courts should have ended the paralegals attempts at wasting valuable courts time for her and her ex OPP boyfriends, Paul Smiths own interests.The corrupt Barrie court system allowed this paralegal to waste many valuable hours of courts time which would have better served with real cases before the courts.

The son, Gerard Dykstra, of 94 Cardinal Street, Barrie, was one of the Dykstra’s that was using the long established  Dykstra Bros Electric company name but soon changed his company name to Gerard Dykstra, Licensed Electrician after the Human Rights allegations were filed against the three older Dykstra’s including his father.

Write your letters to Barrie Royal Lepage, showing your disgust and the distrust of the Barrie, Ontario Reality firm for not disclosing the marijuana gro op properties and associated mold and health risks at 24 Victoria Street and 40 Ellen Street, Barrie Ontario, owned by the Barrie Dykstra Brothers, Ralph, Donald and William Dykstra to their perspective buyers.

Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario…What a joke.

After a long needed vacation and a trip across Canada, the writer is ready to discuss the Human Rights allegations and evidence that were brought up against a Walters Falls paralegal, Catherine April Stewart and her ex OPP officer boyfriend, Paul Smith, also of Walters Falls and can now be brought online to the attention of the public to see the injustice that is allowed in our Ontario court system from the Barrie Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) to the Barrie Civil Courts all the way to the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario (HRTO) and the neglect of the Law Society of Upper Canada (LSUC) to investigate the legitimate complaints filed by Canadian Citizens.

The HRTO allegations referred to are against paralegal & property manager Catherine April Stewart and ex OPP officer Paul Smith from HRTO file number 17699-14.You can request any of the documentation found here on our website from us at privacy violators or apply under the Freedom of Information with any of the file numbers given.

Along with Human Rights violations alleged and admitted to the wrong doing by the HRTO were allegations of false documents entered into evidence from Paul Smith which were notarized and witnessed by his paralegal girlfriend, Catherine Stewart who also represented the ex OPP officer and herself at the hearing until she admitted in April 2016 that, and I quote “she knows nothing of the Human Rights process” as we waited for her new lawyer, David Stashin to arrive at the hearing 2 1/2 hours later.

The false evidence allegations against Catherine Stewart and Paul Smith that was filed with the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario had been ignored even though the applicant had filed the proper documents to HRTO stating the evidence did not exist at the North Toronto LTB office. The original evidence submitted as well as all the correspondence from the HRTO is to be uploaded for the public to see what paralegals can manipulate in our Ontario courts.

Walters Falls paralegal, Catherine April Stewart refused to proceed at the scheduled HRTO hearing until David Stashin arrived to take over after she herself submitted false evidence and testimony to which she herself signed with her Commissioner of Oaths Stamp for her own allegations against her and her ex OPP boyfriend Paul Smith.

BACKGROUND

Catherine April Stewart lives in Walters Falls and is a paralegal licensed by the Law Society of Upper Canada.
Catherine April Stewart is also a property manager running her paralegal and property management company from a small cubicle office from 117 Bayfield Street, Barrie Ontario.

The paralegal uses Landlord Legal inc for her paralegal services and signs Catherine April Stewart when working in this capacity.

The paralegal uses a property management company called Landlord Legal which is known to sign April Stewart when working in this capacity.

The property manager is a self proclaimed “LANDLORD RIGHTS ADVOCATE ONLY” and uses her Landlord Legal website to announce she is the self proclaimed”TERMINATOR”

The Landlord Legal website owned by Catherine Stewart is known to publicly threaten a tenant who had filed Human Rights allegations against her and her known boyfriend.

The property manager sends out “Do not Contact” and “Do not Trespass” letters without a letterhead making it look like it came from a legal office but was from the property manager capacity.

The paralegal is breaking rules of the Law Society by working in this conflict of interest positions as a paralegal and a property manager.

The paralegal is breaking rules of the Landlord and Tenant board when she represents landlords because she is a property manager but neglects to tell the opposing parties or the Landlord and Tenant Board she is also a paralegal and does not fit the definition of a “LANDORD” in the LTB courts but rather states she is a “Landlord Representative”.

Catherine April Stewart is known to sign April Stewart as a property manager, even with legal court documents when her legal name is Catherine April Stewart.

Catherine April Stewart is also known to use her ex OPP officer boyfriend, Paul Smith to do illegal searches of tenants residences and to sign her Commissioner of Oaths Stamp to testimony from her OPP alliance to further her clients interests.

The upcoming posts are going to be many, to put the truth online and the truth behind the corruption that is allowed in the Ontario Provincial Police force, the Barrie City Police force, the Barrie Civil Courts, the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal and the well known tactics used by many paralegals that are swept under the rug from the Law Society of Upper Canada.

Privacy Violators will post the evidence used, documents submitted, and the testimony and methods used by paralegals like Catherine April Stewart disguising themselves as property managers but practice Law openly, getting away with breaking the Rules, Laws and Rights set in place for people that honor the laws and rights of Ontario citizens.

Privacy Violators website has received many emails concerning paralegal / property manager Catherine Stewart and Toronto lawyer, David Strashin and will be discussing the tactics they have used in the past and the Law Society complaints that were filed against them and ignored by the LSUC.

Privacy Violators has also learned of other complaints filed with the LSUC against David Strashin and Catherine Stewart but there is no records of any of the complaints filed on their Law Society profiles, including the complaints filed July 2014 against Catherine Stewart of Landlord Legal inc misrepresenting herself as Landlord Legal, property manager.

New complaints to the Law Society of Upper Canada are being filed against these individuals and will be well watched by Privacy Violators and other websites that have expressed interested in these stories being ignored by the so called protectors of our rights.

The truth is the Human Rights Tribunal is the biggest joke in Ontario and the details to prove this will develop over the next few weeks on our website with all the documentation and communications that transpired for HRTO file numbers 17699-14 and Dykstra Bros Electric HRTO 16250-13.

The HRTO admits the applicant was not treated fairly and quite frankly the process was a joke and the evidence that will be uploaded is there for you to make your own judgement with the HRTO system in place.

Tell me that after reading all the HRTO claims and evidence  brought against Dykstra Bros Electric of Barrie and an ex OPP officer and his paralegal girlfriend, Catherine April Stewart disguised as a property manager.

I sincerely mean it when I say ” FUCK the corrupt police, FUCK the corrupt Ontario Court System and FUCK the corrupt Human Rights Tribunal and FUCK the corrupt Law Society of Upper Canada” it is a waste of your time.

I hope they all rot in HELL for their known injustices they participate in and constantly overlook.

In our opinion you are better off dealing with it your own way, it will be faster, cheaper and let them do the work of proving allegations against you for your actions.

The only persons protected by the Law Society of Upper Canada are themselves, and the paralegals and lawyers that pay the fee to be a member for their protection. Did Dykstra’s reveal Marijuana Grow Op houses to Royal Lepage reality ?

In well documented court battles on our website, that lasted three years and went from 4 Landlord and Tenant Board hearings in 2013 to vexatious civil cases in 2014 being filed, to the 2 Human Rights allegation hearings brought against Ralph Dykstra, William Dykstra and Donald Dykstra of Barrie’s Dykstra Bros Electric and ex OPP retired officer Paul T Smith and his paralegal / property manager girlfriend Catherine A Stewart there has been no mention of their claims it was listed in the Marijuana Grow registry as stated in civil court by Catherine Stewart of Landlord legal inc.

The home at 24 Victoria Street was raided May 2012 and found over a 100 marijuana plants growing in the basement. The young mother, Diana T had several young kids living there and was left with the mess to clean up after Dykstra’s did nothing about the mold and mess left after the grow op was dismantled bagged and taken away. The home at 24 Victoria Street has been listed for sale by the owners, Ralph Dykstra, William Dykstra and Donald Dykstra of Dykstra Bros Electric and has been listed by a realtor working for Royal Lepage, with no mention of the May 2013 marijuana bust or the excessive mess and mold problems left after the grow op dismantled.

Did Royal Lepage know ahead of time the units were gro ops, yes indeed, the ex tenant had sent a letter to them when he was evicted and Catherine Stewart stated in court the damage done and the mold issues and how the Dykstras had to now list the homes as potential dangers to the buyer but continued to list the properties.

Privacy Violators sent a potential home buyer to the home listed by Royal Lepage to see if any details of the marijuana bust or gro ops would be mentioned by the selling realtor, and it was not brought up by the realtor at all.We will be releasing the interview about the buyer, details that were discussed and his overall feelings of purchasing a marijuana gro op house.

OPP harass citizens on behalf of retired OPP cop and paralegal girlfriend

oppIt has come to our attention that the Ontario Provincial Police and the Barrie city police are continuing to waste tax payers money and police department time and resources to continue to harass a Canadian citizen who had filed Human Rights complaints against a Barrie paralegal (landlord only advocate) , Catherine April Stewart and her retired Ontario Provincial Police officer boyfriend, Paul T Smith. (HRTO#17699-14).

A phone call from the ex tenant said his friend who had delivered legal documents on his behalf in Aug 2015, to an address that was on file with the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for allegations against Catherine Stewart and ex cop Paul Smith was later confronted and interviewed on camera by the Barrie Police when Catherine Stewart tried to have the ex tenant arrested for trespassing.The interview and the attending Barrie police officers notes and incident reports will be obtained, uploaded and discussed when time permits.
It appears the Barrie paralegal who openly threatened the Human Rights applicant on her website, and her boyfriend, a retired ex OPP cop are using the services of the OPP to once again harass the TENANT RIGHTS ADVOCATE and his friends for their own purposes !.
Bobby G was harassed by the Barrie police Aug 2015, from prior false complaints to Barrie police, from Landlord Legal owner, Catherine-StewartCatherine A Stewart (real legal name)  and stated to us that he was approached by the OPP May 18th 2016, and interviewed concerning further false allegations by overweight female OPP officer and her male plain clothes OPP partner.The first interview was verbal and after discussing at length in their vehicle approached him again to do a video interview which we will obtain and upload for our readers to view as well.
Bobby G stated he felt that he was being harassed by the OPP as well when all he did was deliver legal documents to 117 Bayfield Street, Barrie,Ontario for a pending Human Rights Hearing against C A Stewart and her boyfriend Paul T Smith.

The Barrie paralegal,licensed by the LSUC, has filed several false allegations in the past and has many times abused and wasted the taxpayers money using the Barrie police and now the Ontario Provincial Police to manipulate her causes.

All allegations will be listed with the attending officers names, their field notes and any video if available and or the incident report that attaches to any and all Catherine Stewart’s complaints, and will be listed in one complete post to give the reader a sense of the manipulation that goes on when her retired ex OPP boyfriend (and Private Investigator) Paul T Smith and the paralegal / property management company use the police to harass people engaged in litigation against her company or her landlord clients.

Barrie police officer Detective Steeles failed to investigate complaints of false evidence being entered into Civil proceedings and Human Rights Hearings by Catherine April Stewart and Paul Smith for the allegations against them in HRTO#17699-14. The Human Rights applicant had filed an Order during a proceeding with the HRTO when Paul Smith signed a Certificate of Service for his girlfriend, failed to have it stamped or received on file it at the North Toronto LTB office as a legal document, but Catherine Stewart enters it into Human Rights evidence, Civil Court evidence and the Privacy Commissioner complaints (discussed in full in upcoming posts).
Catherine A Stewart has the ability to claim “ABSOLUTE PRIVILEGE” as a paralegal representing landlords only. She uses this privilege even when she is working in conflict with her property management company. The LSUC is about to receive a list of complaints from the ex tenant to review and decide if Catherine Stewart has been in conflict of interest and acted in ways unbecoming a paralegal of the Law Society of Upper Canada and we will be following all the complaints until dealt with. Catherine Stewart never has to prove she was out of the country or the other paralegal knowingly stated this, knowing it was false.The Law Society complaints for the illegal break ins were filed by the ex tenant and were dismissed August 2013 by David Cass of the LSUC when Stewart claimed there was ongoing litigation, which there was none, until she filed her vexatious civil cases against the tent Oct 2013.The upcoming LSUC complaints will be posted and comments will be turned on for some of the upcoming posts to get readers opinions on the abuse and manipulation going on in our legal system.Stewart has since been alleged to have entered false evidence, false testimony and tampered with Barrie Civil Court files.

These are just some of the allegations being asked to investigate when a property manager is a paralegal representing her landlord clients in all court rooms. Catherine Stewart is known to give seminars on how to use section s20 of the LTB Rules to enter and photograph a tenants unit amung other topics she teaches landlords, other paralegals ,investors and realtors to manipulate the system.

Catherine Stewart does not allow any tenants to enter the building at 117 Bayfield Street, even though she claims to be a property manager. A tenant can not contact the property manager when she forbids contact or entry to her property management business she uses as her legal office as well. That tells you a lot of her intentions towards the tenants and the rental units she is suppose to be managing on behalf of these landlords.As a property manager and paralegal, Catherine Stewart should not have been allowed to represent many of the past LTB hearings she has participated in.We will be discussing the rules of procedures and the definition of a LANDLORD REPRESENTATIVE and a LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE and how this is used to manipulate the LTB board in Barrie in future posts.

Other tenants from 117 Bayfield Street, have been known to receive legal documents on behalf of Catherine Stewart’s legal firm when she has been operating from her Walters Falls, Ontario residence.Your legal documents being delivered to this address are NOT SECURE when received by these accountants !!!

The same paralegal, Catherine April Stewart, also runs a property management company at the same address and under the same name Landlord legal, but uses April Stewart when she signs documents, or does anything that might conflict with the paralegal firm so she can have complete deniability for her actions she does while operating as a property manager.

Catherine April Stewart while operating in both capacities, is known to be in conflict of interest under the rules of the law Society and needs to be investigated for her actions, her advertising methods, and her threats against Human Rights applicant.

Catherine April Stewart advertises herself as an “Eviction Specialist” and this is against the rules of the Law Society and needs to be approved by the Law Society to use such a designation for any legal business references.

Catherine Stewart has been known to break into a tenants unit August 15th 2013, while Barrie police officers, Melanie Beard and T Turner of the Barrie police stood by and did nothing.After the tenant getting upset the Barrie police officers and the cowardly landlords got in their vehicles and left. The tenant did not get the money owed from Catherine Stewart from previous court order, was on ODSP, has a disability and is forced to move because the Dykstra’s revealed personal information that threatened his safety in his own unit rented from them.

The police incident report is shown and states they told her she did not have the paperwork or the right to enter but Stewart used Barrie Central Lock and Key,owned by Paul Robertson to cut the security chain and enter.

The Stewart Solution ~ A Tenants Guide to harassment and what you can do to retaliate

 

Catherine-Stewart-pic1When Catherine Stewart or April Stewart or whatever name she is using now arrives in your life for the first time to start eviction proceedings, you have some options that you can consider to retaliate against her Sharp Practice tactics and her landlord clients.
These are true facts Stewart does not want you to know before she attempts to evict you.

We only list some retaliation possibilities that you can consider doing and leave the decisions and actions up to you. We take no responsibility for any actions that may have been taken per our suggestions listed below. We will be adding more suggestions listed below as members voice their opinions and emails continue to come in. Tenants have rights to !

The goal here is to cost the landlord as much money as possible with damages and legal fees if they try to come after you for any costs involved with the eviction, you are protected by the Landlord & Tenant Act and ODSP Act section 18 and section 51(1) of the ODSP Regulations.

Intent of Policy :To ensure that a recipient’s income support is protected from seizure and garnishment by creditors or transfer to another party to satisfy a debt.

As with Stewart being protected for her illegal methods, you are also protected if you are on ODSP or Public Assistance and can not be garnished for any reason.The landlord will have to come up with the money to fix the place and all legal fees required to attempt to pursue any LTB or Civil Court actions to get the damages recovered, and you simply don’t show up as Civil Courts in Ontario are Mickey Mouse and a Kangaroo court anyways.They will not be able to recover any money even if the court awards damage and cost against you. Their tough luck !

Let the landlord waste their time with the paperwork and the extreme costs involved to try and recover any of the alleged damages to their property. Have no mercy when you are being harassed and feel threatened by this invasion of a paralegal hiding behind her illegal property management company, she will have no mercy on you.

Read the many posts concerning Stewart’s Sharp practice and the intentional privacy violations she has been known to do to tenants she evicts.

When Stewart attempts to photograph your entire unit before your eviction, it is against the LTB Act 2006.Stewart is well known to try and get photos and serial numbers of appliances before she attempts to evict a tenant. Privacy Violators has received several emails complaining that Paul Smith is still entering their unit for Stewart with intentions of photographing every square inch. Make sure your witnesses show and the photos are disclosed in LTB court that she takes.

Landlords can take photos if they pertain to scheduled maintenance and should be noted in the Intent to Enter she will send to you. It is against the LTB Act to photograph a tenants unit or personal belongings in preparation for an eviction. Make sure she produces the photos at the LTB and bring this violation up to the LTB judge.

Remember this : If Stewart is knocking on your door then she is there to evict you for her landlord client. Do not trust anything Catherine Stewart says or signs, it is well known she breaches agreements to make you fight for the funds owed as many tenants have had to do in the past against her.

  4. Have witnesses present when she does enter and photograph your entire unit before evicting you.
  5. Keep detailed notes and all communication received from Catherine Stewart for court purposes.
  6. Hang sheets over walls or cover personal photos, documents before inspector comes. Its your place and can do what you want. you do not have to remove anything and the inspector is not allowed to remove them or open closets, cupboards, fridges or stoves to get serial numbers. bring this up at LTB if she does this.
  7. I would paint the sheets with FUCK YOU before I hung them personally but its your call what you do.
  8. Do not open closet doors for inspector or allow him to do so. Against the LTB Act 2006 for them to do so
  9. Film and record the inspector’s movements with a camera or your phone while he is in your home.
  10. Do not open the fridge, stove or any appliance for the inspector. Against the LTB Act 2006 for them to do so.
  11. The time and date for the inspection has to be noted on the Intent to enter ahe will place on your door.
  12. Stewart is well known for disclosing private tenant information so protect your photos & documents beforehand
  13. Stewart is known for ignoring requests to change date, even interrupted a birthday party to photograph a unit.
  14. Stewart is well known for having her boyfriend, ex OPP Paul Smith sign false statements for landlord clients.
  15. Stewart is well known for protecting Paul Smith from any summons served to them. Read many past posts.

When you go to Landlord & Tenant Board hearing

  1. Ask for disclosure of ALL documents and the Photos taken when you go to the LTB hearing.
  2. Bring your witnesses into the LTB hearing for the judge to hear testimony of this illegal photographing
  3. Mention to LTB judge that Stewart signs illegal name of April Stewart on legal court documents
  4. Mention to the LTB judge Catherine Stewart is legal name and she is a paid paralegal for the landlord
  5. DEMAND DISCLOSURE !! Stewart is known for not giving disclosure or any evidence for any court hearings.
  6. Check LTB main office for any documents she claims to have had signed by Paul Smith or any witness used
    (Catherine Stewart has been alleged and known to have filed false statements and evidence into hearings)
  7. Bring to the attention of the LTB judge she does not fit the definition of landlord under the LTB Act 2006.
  8. Bring to the attention of the duty counsel Stewart is a paralegal and not allowed to represent landlords in LTB.
  9. Serve a summons to the inspector or the (in our opinion) coward ex OPP boyfriend, Paul Smith who knowingly violates tenants rights for his paralegal girlfriend or wife. (undetermined yet). Best place to serve Paul Smith is 117 Bayfield Street, Barrie or their residence in Walters Falls, Ontario.

File complaints with the Law Society of Upper Canada (LSUC)

  1. Report Catherine Stewart to the Law Society of Upper Canada for investigation again.
  2. Send detailed complaint with all the infractions she is bound to breach and use against you.
  3. Publish the complaints online so the public can see the neglect going on at the Law Society intake process.
  4. Send complaints to the local newspaper or local news station to warn the public of this paralegals tactics.
  5. Send us your info, file numbers and photos to publish here for the public to see on Privacy violators website.

If Stewart manages to evict you from your unit, here are some things you can do to retaliate against her and her landlords for infringing on your tenant’s rights. As long as you are the legal tenant on the agreement, all issues concerning the rental unit would go before the Landlord and Tenant Board again, if you decide to show up for them after the fact.

Any damage done to the rental unit while you are in legal control of the unit would have to be addressed in LTB court or a Civil Court to recover any damages if the landlord goes to the expense of hiring a paralegal or lawyer to pursue costs.

If you are on ODSP or on Public assistance you can not be garnished for any reason and money cannot be taken from your government checks. This is something Stewart does not want you to know before an eviction.

The final goodbye to your landlord and Catherine Stewart after she finally evicts you. Do any of these suggestions at your own risk before the last day of your lease or the agreed move out date if any are set at LTB court.

Barrie police informs us that this will continue to be a Landlord and tenant matter until the lease or agreement is up and you move out.make sure to cost the landlord a lot of money for attacking your tenant privacy and evicting you using the illegal methods of Catherine Stewart and Paul Smith.   1. Remove all the doors and throw them in the city dump so landlord has to spend money to replace them.
  2. Remove cupboard doors and dispose or cut them up so have to be replaced.
  3. Remove locks and dispose of them so landlords have to spend money to replace them for next tenant.
  4. Cut doors, break windows and split shelves in half so they have to be replaced.
  5. Remove windows and throw out in the city dump.
  6. Mess with electrical wiring and fuse box (costly for landlords to fix).
  7. Put cement down the kitchen, bathroom sinks (landlord would have to replace).
  8. Break any floor or wall tiles so the landlord has to repair to make place decent again.
  9. Holes in the wall would need to be repaired before the landlord could rent the unit again.
  10. Put cement in the toilets or pack with towels to block them up so plumber has to be called in to fix.
  11. Put rotten food in the air ducts to be discovered by next tenant (would need to spend money cleaning vents).
  12. Cut cord on fridge, stove and any appliances left (unplug first).
  13. Sell the fridge, stove and any appliance the landlord owns (landlord would have to replace for next tenant).
  14. Sell the washer and dryer if the unit came with one, or make unusable before you leave
  15. Make a hole in the hot water heater so water drains out and burns out the heating element
  16. Make the furnace in-operable, this can be a costly repair for the landlord
  17. Damage stairs or railings so they have to be replaced by the landlord.
  18. Pour paint and shit on the carpets and floors for the landlord to clean up after you leave.
  19. Leave tons of garbage in the unit for them to clean up.
  20. Plug the sinks and turn the water on to over fill sinks and bathtubs ruining the floors.
  21. Remove and dispose of all of breakers in the electrical panel (landlord would have to replace them).

Summary of Directive
Income support is not subject to garnishment, attachment, execution,seizure or receivership.
Income support is not subject to alienation or transfer by the recipient.
The Director may deduct a portion of income support to recover the amount of a SDO or a prescribed government debt owed by a member of the benefit unit.
Unless the recipient agrees to the remittance of a greater amount, the total amount deducted by the Director and remitted to the Family Responsibility Office (FRO) cannot exceed the amount prescribed under the regulation.
The prescribed amount is 10 per cent of budgetary requirements and 100per cent of any arrears of income
support under the Ontario Disability Support Act, 1997 or any arrears of basic financial assistance under the

Ontario Works Act, 1997 payable to the recipient.

Intent of Policy

To ensure that a recipient’s income support is protected from seizure and garnishment by creditors or transfer to another party to satisfy a debt.

Application of Policy
This policy applies even if the income support has been paid into an account at a financial institution (i.e. directly deposited into a recipient’s bank account).
 Income support is not subject to garnishment, attachment, execution, seizure or receivership.
We hope you never have to resort to any suggestion on these lists but know how frustrating it is going against a crooked paralegal who is now well known for manipulating the courts, the police and the rules of conduct under the Law society of Upper Canada.
